Our 25m pool is heated throughout the year, and we offer different sessions so swimmers of all ages and abilities can experience the health benefits of swimming.

Lane swim
We divide the pool into three double-width lanes (for slow, medium and fast swimmers), for anyone who can comfortably swim 25m lengths without stopping.

Aqua Fit

Swim club
Tutored session for swimmers looking to improve their fitness and endurance. Swimmers must be able to swim front crawl and swim 1000-1500m without stopping.

Front crawl fundamentals
Tutored session for swimmers looking to improve their fitness and endurance. Swimmers must be able to confidently swim 75-100m of front crawl.

Small group session for total beginners. Swimmers will learn breathing, rotation and the basics of front crawl.

Giant inflatables
Just for kids, our inflatable, floating, assault course is great for children aged 5-15. Under 8s must be accompanied by an adult in the water; weak swimmers must borrow one of our children’s life jackets.

Under 5s splash time
Splash time in the shallow end with toys. Children must be accompanied by an adult (aged 16+).

Quiet deep end dip
